Inhale for the temporary relief from the uncomfortable symptoms most common in winter and spring.  Clears the nose to allow you to breathe easy. Breathe Blend can be used for steam inhalations, in an oil burner, dabbed onto handkerchiefs or added to a little olive oil (5:100) and use as a chest rub.
