Global Organics Coconut Milk is created from the liquid of ground coconut meat. Our coconut milk adds a creaminess to curries, soups and smoothies. Similar to coconut cream but with a lower fat content, coconut milk can be used in many of the same ways. It is great for dishes like coconut rice or traditional curries but is equally great used as a milk alternative in dishes like panna cotta, creme brulee or creamy sorbets and nice-creams. You can also use it in smoothies, chia puddings or even in your coffee. Try a creamy bircher muesli made by soaking 1 1/2 cups rolled oats in 1 can Global Organic coconut milk and 1 cup apple juice. Refrigerate overnight then serve the next morning with grated apple, diced orange and berries or with more tropical grilled banana, sliced mango and pineapple.
