Australia’s first aioli made with olive oil and no industrial seed oils!
Made using our Good Fat Mayo as a base, our Aioli has the same great texture and flavour but with a kick of garlic! It also has the same entirely clean label with its main ingredients being olive oil, free range eggs and Australian garlic.
Please note: As olive oil has a large droplet size, our mayonnaise and aioli may separate at extremely high and low temperatures. To re-emulsify simply stir rapidly or give it a shake.
Ingredients: Olive oil (50%), Free range whole eggs (20%), Australian extra virgin olive oil (9%), Australian Garlic (6%), Water, Apple cider vinegar, Lemon juice, Tapioca starch, Salt, Mustard powder, Rosemary extract.
