This lip balm is made to speed the repair of dry and chapped lips. Menthol is well-known for its sterilizing effect so this helps prevent infection. Like many of our products, it also has Allantoin which is a repair superstar. Combined with Honey, which is also known for skin repair, this balm has already performed minor miracles on lips. This one has a "lemony tingle" upon application.

Dr Organic Exfoliating Scrub is ideal for oily and blemish-prone skin due to its proprietary blend of bioactive, organic and natural plant extracts, Tea Tree Oil, Grapefruit and Chamomile.

The presence of natural AHAs (fruit acids) and Salicylic Acid help to increase the rate of skin cell renewal while providing uniquely effective exfoliating benefits. Natural particles of volcanic lava and Willow Bark Extract are also included to help calm the skin, leaving it feeling smoother, calmer and clearer – with visibly reduced pores.

Directions:

For daily use. Apply a thin layer and massage gently into face in circular motions. Rinse with warm water. For optimal results use as part of your daily Skin Clear regime.

We made this serum by dissolving an oil-soluble form of Vitamin C called Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate or VCIP, through a base of hydrating antioxidant oils that mimic the skin's own sebum. This means that it’s easily absorbed into the skin, getting the goods right where you want them. Inferior water-soluble forms of Vitamin C don’t penetrate well into the skin and this form is the most expensive because it is the most stable, but worth it for the extra antioxidant activity, it provides to the skin.

VCIP at this concentration is especially good for addressing pigmentation and sun damage. Although VCIP is a very expensive ingredient, we’ve done our best to keep this serum as affordable as possible. After comparing other serums with a similar amount of VCIP, we think you will be happy you found us.

We only use Natural Vitamin E because synthetic Vitamin E (DL-Alpha Tocopherol) only contains Alpha Tocopherol while our Natural Vitamin E contains both Alpha and Gamma Tocopherol. Research is starting to suggest that it may be the Gamma Tocopherol that gives the most benefit to the skin. We love it so much that you’ll find it in almost all of our skin care products.

The base oil is Olive Squalane, and we use it because it tops up the natural Squalane that your skin slowly stops making around your mid-20s. This provides hydration to the skin, and moist, hydrated skin has increased flexibility and resists forming lines and wrinkles.

Tip: Mix with a few drops of your favourite moisturiser to make your cream more hydrating for those colder, drier months.

Rosehip oil is obtained from the seeds of the full-ripened fruit of the wil Rosa canina bush. Rosa canina is an undomesticated member of the Rosacea family, which contains all other types of roses. It is grown wildly through the temperate zone of the earth, including Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. Nature's Shield Rosehip oil is certified organic and sustainable and is cold-press extracted, for preservation of its natural qualities.

Rosehip oil is most prized for its application to signs of ageing skin - wrinkles, sun damage, dryness etc. In studies, it has been shown useful for wrinkles, scars and burns, stretch marks, pigmentation, dry sensitive skin, sun damage, acne and acne scarring.
