SUGGESTED USE
Adults: Mix 1 - 2 teaspoons of psyllium into water, juices or smoothies. Stir briskly and drink immediately before it thickens. Can be used up to 3 times daily or as professionally advised.
It is best to start with a low intake and gradually build up to the recommended amount. Ensure to maintain a high water intake when using psyllium.
Children: ½ to 1 teaspoon daily. Do not take psyllium dry.
