Byron Chai Indian Spiced Tea is made with black tea (caffeinated) and finely ground spices. Try brewing this one up with about 50/50 water with your choice of milk. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of Chai per cup, bring to the boil and allow to brew for 5 to 10 minutes, reheat if required, strain, sweeten and serve!
